Libyan Glass - 16g - Certified meteorite, from outer space
This is a cool piece of Libyan Desert Glass, or also known as Libyan Gold Tektite. When they opened King Tut's Tomb, they discovered the King had been wearing a piece of Libyan glass.
There are small particles of ancient sand that is caught within, and can be seen by the naked eye. The underside is raw and pitted from where it rested for millions of years, after a meteorite struck the eastern Saharan desert. This could make a perfect pocket stone, or worry stone. It is smooth to the touch, and has a wonderful tactile feeling when held.
